1-Length of stay

The signatory of this contract for a specified period shall under no circumstances invoke any right to maintain occupancy.

2- Reservation Guarantee 

Reservations can be made by phone or internet, they will only be guaranteed upon receipt of a down payment which will be deductible from the bill on arrival. The payment is to made no later than within 5 days from the reservation request. The deposit required is 30% of total stay. The total amount required is for the reservation of one night.

The payment of a deposit implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.

3-Cancellation

In case of cancellation, if it takes place more than three weeks before the arrival date the amount of the deposit will be fully reimbursed, if it is made less than three weeks before the arrival date, the amount of the deposit will be carried forward to a future stay. In case the cancellation occurs less than 10 days prior to arrival, the total amount will be charged. . If the client does not turn up by 19 hours on the scheduled day of arrival, this contract becomes null and void and the owner may give the accommodation to someone else. The deposit is forfeited.

In case of a shortened stay, the price for the total cost of the fully booked stay is due to the owner.

4-Payment

The payment of the deposit is made either:

•  By a cheque drawn on a French bank made payable to " Le Bouchon de Campagne". Only for French clients or those having a French bank account.
•  By bank transfer to the following account IBAN :  FR7614265006000800099922736    BIC : CEPAFRPP426

 The balance is paid at the end of the stay.

5-Arrival Times

 Arrivals are between 17h and 20h. Please let us know if you are arriving any later.

6-Departure Times

 You must depart by 11h.

7-Animals

•  Pets(dogs, cats)

They are not accepted.

• Horses

Horses are only allowed in the space reserved for them around the paddocks

8- Use of premises

By accepting the General Conditions of Sale, the guest undertakes to respect the peaceful nature of the location and the presence of other residents. Within the property children are the responsibility of parents or persons accompanying them.

9-Other

"Le Bouchon de Campagne” agrees not to disclose the information you provide to us to third parties, except in cases of dispute.

10-Dispute

In case of dispute, only the court at Privas will have jurisdiction.
